We’ve Moved! Get to Know SMP LeBlanc’s New Home

Reflecting on Our Journey

For two decades, our previous office which was situated in an industrial park served as the foundation of SMP LeBlanc’s growth and success. Those walls witnessed countless projects brought to life, including our work on the prestigious Théâtre du Nouveau Monde (TNM) and Le 900 Saint-Jacques, among many others.

During those 20 years, our team expanded, contracted, and evolved – but always maintained the technical excellence and commitment to quality that defines SMP LeBlanc. However, as our lease came to an end, we were faced with the tough choice of choosing whether to renovate an aging space or move to a more modern space. We chose the latter.

Embracing a Fresh Start

So, rather than simply updating our current office, we opted for a more transformative change – a modern building in a vibrant location that better reflects our vision and values.

Our new home at 430-500 Boulevard St-Martin Ouest places us at the intersection of commercial and residential Laval, making us more accessible and integrated with the community we serve, while maintaining our convenient proximity to Carrefour Laval.

We’re now closer to Centre Laval and Galeries Laval – positioning us more centrally among Laval’s commercial hubs.

Creating an Inspiring Environment

More than just a new address, this move is an investment in our people – the technicians and specialists who make SMP LeBlanc the company it is today. Our new office provides a more comfortable, functional, and inspiring environment, allowing us to focus on what we do best: delivering precise air balancing solutions with expert craftsmanship.

One of the most exciting additions is our new lounge area, something our previous location lacked. This dedicated space will allow us to host recreational activities with our technicians, fostering team bonding and creating moments to relax and recharge between projects.

Looking Forward

As we settle into our new home – with the finishing touches coming together in the next few weeks – we can already feel the difference. This move is more about creating a better space for our team, which is the backbone of all the good HVAC work we do over here at SMP LeBlanc. 

A modern, comfortable work environment means we can continue doing what we do best. And while our space may be too intimate for large client gatherings, our doors are always open to those who wish to visit. 

Twenty years at our old place was a good run. But this new chapter at 430-500 Boulevard St-Martin Ouest just feels right. We’re excited to continue serving Quebec’s commercial building sector with the same precision and expertise that has defined SMP LeBlanc for over four decades.
